All combinations come with Garlic Rice, Black Beans and Fried Plantains at the steam table. Accompanied by Potato Salad, Garden Salad with Italian dressing on the side and Cheese Bread at the salad bar.

  • Catering packages start at $79.99 per person. Prices vary depending on menu upgrades, guest count, overall scale and size of event.

  • Substitutions for Garlic Rice are: Veggie Rice, Mashed Potatoes or Garlic Linguine.

  • Substitutions for Fried Plantains are: Sauteed Zucchini, Collard Greens, Banana Squash or Farofa.

  • Substitutions for BBQ items are: Beef Stew, Fish Stew or Chicken Stroganoff

  • Substitutions for Salads are: Caesar Salad, Heart of Palm Salad, Balsamic Tomatoes and Red Onions Salad, Beets Salad or Seasonal Fruit tray.

  • Fruit decoration and a station with vinaigrette, hot sauce, Balsamic vinegar, olive oil and salt + pepper shakers are included in the buffet table set up.

  • Minimum 55 people.

  • 2 hours of service provided, any extra hours will be quoted upon request.

  • Additional sales tax and service fee are not included in the base price above.

  • Buffet equipment included: banquet tables, tablecloths, chafing dishes and fuel, salad trays and tongs.
